After the initial contact I normally meet my customers on site to assess both their requirements and the possibilities. This meeting attracts a call out charge of £25.00 I can then outline the options, charges, council fees, and time scales.
If you decide to use my services we can arrange a time for me to carry out a survey, initial layouts or drawings and a meeting at my premises. Further drawings and meetings can follow until we achieve the desired design.
The application(s) are then prepared and submitted.
I also provide a plan drawing service for builders and developers, but always with the owners' wishes as paramount.
